We’re looking for a motivated, commercially savvy, Account Manager to join our sales team at Bidfood. If you’re passionate about helping chefs, restaurateurs, and hospitality leaders succeed, this could be the role for you.

  What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a portfolio of loyal and new customers—cafes, caterers, bars, restaurants, and more
  • Growing sales of our full food and beverage range, from premium produce to curated beverage (including alcohol) offerings
  • Driving customer success by delivering tailored product solutions across food and beverage
  • Building strong relationships that help your customers grow
  • Using tools like MyBidfood, Smart Choice, and CRM systems to spot trends, maximise sales, and drive innovation
  • Collaborating with purchasing, customer service, and warehouse teams to deliver exceptional outcomes

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in foodservice, hospitality, or FMCG

Skills & Experience

  • Food & Beverage Expertise: Solid knowledge of foodservice and FMCG products, with a particular focus on menu-driven solutions and beverage (including alcohol) sales.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers—chefs, caterers, business owners—based on credibility, trust, and commercial value.
  • Sales & Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation, planning, and sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, grow sales, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Results-Driven & Self-Motivated: Proactive, self-managing, and target-driven with a hunger for success and confidence using sales data to guide actions.
