As an Account Manager you'll be the face of our brand, forging strong relationships with our clients which include tourism operators, hotels, restaurants, cafés, hospitals, ski fields, schools and pretty much all businesses that need food across the wider Southern Lakes area. Your main responsibility will be to ensure our clients are not only satisfied but excited about our products and services. You'll be the go-to person for all their needs, from inspiring new menu ideas to resolving issues, all while maintaining our company's fun-loving vibe. You'll need to be highly organised, resilient and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills along with initiative and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. 
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Keep ahead of industry trends to stay ahead of the curve. 
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings, embodying our brand's energetic spirit.

We are looking for someone with a long-term commitment to Queenstown. You must also be a New Zealand or Australian citizen or have permanent residency status and have a full, clean Drivers Licence to be considered for this role. 

Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the food or alcohol industry. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience to handle challenging customer interactions and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 
  • Passion for food and a desire to share that passion with others.
