About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — providing exceptional service, resolving enquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects our company values of professionalism, care, and reliability.

You’ll work closely with our operations, sales, and distribution teams to make sure orders, deliveries, and customer needs are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Process orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with a positive attitude
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems
  • Support the wider team with administrative and follow-up tasks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administration role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and passion for helping people
  • Knowledge of Bidfood systems is preferred but not a must.

Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7am – 3pm
Saturday (rotating roster): 7am – 1pm
