Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We have an opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused person to join our Customer Services Team at Bidfood FSV Wellington.
If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a busy team environment, we'd love to hear from you. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, stays organised, and takes pride in providing great service.
As part of our team, you'll be supporting customers over the phone and by email, processing orders, and helping ensure customers receive the service they expect from Bidfood.
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Rostered to work 1 in every 5 Saturdays
- Flexibility to cover the 9:30am to 6:00pm shift when required to support team absences.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally 12 months or more
- Previous sales or food industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to build positive relationships with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Good computer, data entry, and record-keeping skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to help customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in food and the foodservice industry
