Customer Service Representative - Fixed Term

Our goal is to make every interaction with our customers a delightful experience. We’re looking for someone who not only has excellent communication skills but also knows how to inject some fun and positivity into every conversation.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our company, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they leave with a smile on their face. Whether it’s answering questions, troubleshooting problems, or simply brightening someone’s day, you’ll be at the forefront of creating memorable interactions.
The roster will be Off Thursday and Friday, so working weekends with varied starting times, some early mornings are required (6am start). This is a fixed term role until October 1st, 2025.
Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
· Ability to think on your feet and adapt to various situations.
· Resilience to handle challenging customer interactions and maintain composure under pressure.
· Previous customer service experience is a must!
