The Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team following a recent promotion! This is a full-time role in a busy, fast-paced office environment. You’ll be working 40 hours per week, with core hours of 8:00am–4:30pm Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays required.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service is a plus, but we also welcome candidates from backgrounds in hospitality, retail, administration, or food service—what matters most is your passion for helping others and eagerness to learn!
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm and handle inquiries, even during busy periods.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Organisational skills to stay on top of tasks and manage your time effectively.
