Day shift Picker & Packer

 The work involves picking wholesale customer food orders from either the freezer, dry store, chillers or fresh produce areas, packing and loading trucks . Some delivery driving is involved if applicants have a full Driver Licence or they may assist the Driver with deliveries if no licence. The role also involves receiving, checking, storage of inwards goods, replenishment and other warehouse tasks.

Dayshift work five, approximately 8 hour shifts and  rosters include weekend work and, at times, split days off. 

Skills & Experience

 Must be fit and strong and capable of constant heavy lifting up to and including 25KG. Must be able to cope with chiller and freezer temperatures wearing supplied appropriate personal protective equipment and uniform. A good command of English is required as written instructions have to be followed.
