Bidfood Whangarei, a leader in New Zealand’s foodservice industry, services one of the country’s largest seasonal territories. With a modern fleet and a dedicated distribution team, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our Despatch and Customer Service team.

About the Role:

• Full-time: Monday to Friday (40 hours), 5:00am – 1:30pm, along with an overtime shift every second Saturday
• Ensure drivers and vehicles are despatched on time daily, following all operational procedures and working closely with the Despatch Manager.
• A fast-paced data-entry and order processing role while also requiring active involvement in picking orders and assisting customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service via inbound and outbound calls while supporting the Customer Service team.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a despatch, logistics, or customer service role preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• A proactive team player who can also work independently.
• Successful candidates must pass a Criminal History Check, ACC check, and a pre-employment drug test.
