Bidfood Auckland North is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Future Leader Cadet Programme.

This structured 12-month development programme is designed to identify and develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience across key areas of our business, supported by mentoring, practical learning, and exposure to branch leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

During the programme, you'll rotate through a range of operational departments, including:

  • Customer Service and Sales
  • Purchasing
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Dispatch/Class 1 Delivery Driving

You'll gain exposure to all aspects of branch operations and develop valuable skills in:

  • Customer service
  • Sales and relationship management
  • Supply chain and purchasing
  • Logistics and warehouse operations
  • Teamwork and leadership
  • Planning and organisation
  • Commercial awareness
  • Continuous improvement

You'll also receive training in a variety of business systems and spend time learning from leaders across the branch.

Important Requirements

Before applying, please ensure you:

  • Hold a full New Zealand Class 1 Driver License
  • Are eligible to work in New Zealand
  • Are willing to work across various operational departments
  • Can work a variety of shifts when required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional night shifts
  • Are willing to undertake some delivery driving duties as part of the programme
  • Have reliable transport to and from work
