Bidfood Auckland North is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Future Leader Cadet Programme.
This structured 12-month development programme is designed to identify and develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience across key areas of our business, supported by mentoring, practical learning, and exposure to branch leadership.

What You'll Be Doing
During the programme, you'll rotate through a range of operational departments, including:
- Customer Service and Sales
- Purchasing
- Warehouse Operations
- Dispatch/Class 1 Delivery Driving
You'll gain exposure to all aspects of branch operations and develop valuable skills in:
- Customer service
- Sales and relationship management
- Supply chain and purchasing
- Logistics and warehouse operations
- Teamwork and leadership
- Planning and organisation
- Commercial awareness
- Continuous improvement
You'll also receive training in a variety of business systems and spend time learning from leaders across the branch.

Important Requirements
Before applying, please ensure you:
- Hold a full New Zealand Class 1 Driver License
- Are eligible to work in New Zealand
- Are willing to work across various operational departments
- Can work a variety of shifts when required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional night shifts
- Are willing to undertake some delivery driving duties as part of the programme
- Have reliable transport to and from work
