Management Development Trainee

Throughout the program, you will rotate through key business areas such as Sales, Admin, Warehouse Operations, Purchasing, Stock Control, and Compliance, providing you with a well-rounded foundation and firsthand exposure to critical operations.
The primary goal of this role is to train you in all aspects of Bidfood Rotorua's foodservice business. Upon completion of the training phase, it is our intention to help you specialise in an area of interest and competence, provided a suitable position exists within a Bidfood branch. In return, you are expected to contribute to the development and success of the company by applying the skills and knowledge you gain along the way.
You will be an active participant in live projects, contributing to meaningful work and learning the intricacies of essential business processes. Beyond technical skills, the program emphasizes personal growth, helping you cultivate problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and relationship-building strategies essential for long-term success in a corporate environment.
