Reporting to the Marketing and Loyalty Manager, this is a hands‑on role focused on Bidfood’s national supplier digital marketing and Bidclub Rewards programmes. 

What will you do?

  • Own and deliver end-to-end digital campaigns for national suppliers including briefs, content coordination, scheduling, launch and performance reporting.
  • Build and improve automated and lifecycle‑based campaigns that reduce manual effort and improve customer relevance across channels.
  • Grow our Bidclub Rewards programme, ensuring accurate setup of promotions, points and rebates, and clear reporting on performance and ROI.
  • Manage campaign invoicing, reconciliation, and essential marketing administration.
  • Deliver eDM and digital communications.
  • Analyse campaign performance to improve targeting, segmentation, and ROI.
  • Work on modernising the way we work through automation, AI, and smarter processes.
  • Support the wider marketing team including attending tradeshows and branches when needed.
