Nightshift Pick Packer - FIXED TERM
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Nightshift Pick/Packer to join our highly valued nightshift team on a fixed-term basis to help support our team to continue delivering excellent service through our peak season. This role involves accurately picking and packing customer orders in a fast paced warehouse environment. You will need to be comfortable lifting up to 25kg, be reliable and have a willingness to learn. We operate an RF scanner-based warehouse system and training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring correct items are selected and packed securely.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure safety and compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
- Housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work environment.
Key Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving stock weighing up to 25kg.
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work night shifts.

Hours of work - 50 hours per week over 5 shifts, specific days and hours will be discussed at the interview stage.
