You'll be on your feet for most of your shift, regularly lifting, carrying, bending, reaching and moving throughout the warehouse. Some areas are chilled or frozen, and every order must be completed correctly and on time before the trucks leave each morning.
If you enjoy hard work, take pride in doing a job properly and like being part of a team that gets things done, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role:

- Guaranteed minimum 45 hours per week.
- Pick, pack and load stock ready for our daily deliveries.
- Work accurately and efficiently to meet tight deadlines
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping
What’s in it for you:
- Starting rate $26.50 per hour plus nightshift bonus
- Full training, PPE gear and boots provided
- Staff buying account after 3 months service, allowing you to purchase groceries, meat and produce at cost plus GST
- Free fresh fruit on site every day
- Free onsite parking
- Job security – we’re an essential service
- Bidfood Staff Benefits app – exclusive discounts for a variety of services and retail stores.
What we’re looking for:
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties throughout a 9-hour shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable and committed to nightshift work
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
You’ll need to pass reference and our pre-employment checks - Drug Test, ACC Injury Claims and Criminal Conviction History
If you're dependable, physically fit and genuinely prepared for hard work, this could be the opportunity for you.
