We are seeking a reliable, detail‑focused Process Worker/Roaster to join our production team. This is a hands‑on role roasting nuts to strict quality standards while meeting daily production targets.
You will:
- Roast nuts to required colour, texture, and taste standards
- Follow all SOPs exactly, with no deviation
- Complete tasks as directed by the Team Leader
- Prepare upcoming jobs to maintain production flow
- Meet daily production schedules
- Complete yield and production records accurately
- Minimise waste wherever possible
- Assist in other departments when required
You will also:
- Monitor raw materials and apply FIFO principles
- Report stock discrepancies or shortages promptly
- Handle raw materials and finished goods with care
You will ideally have:
- Experience in food manufacturing or production (preferred, not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures precisely
- Good time management skills
- Physical fitness for a fast‑paced, hands‑on role
- A positive attitude and strong team focus
