If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Job Description: As a Nightshift Produce Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently packing and preparing fresh produce for distribution. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and label produce accurately according to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Inspect produce for quality and freshness, discarding any items that do not meet standards.
- Operate packing equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25kgs regularly.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work night shifts.
- Basic understanding of food safety practices.
