The Role

You will lead purchasing operations, inventory control, and supplier relationships while championing efficiency and innovation. As a key part of the management team, you will collaborate across departments and drive strategic improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Leadership: Work strategically with other managers to meet shared goals.

• Stock Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize waste, and align with trends.

• Team Development: Train and grow your team to cover all departmental functions.

• Project Contribution: Support the integration of new forecasting and warehouse systems.

• Supplier Relations: Build strong partnerships and negotiate competitive agreements.

• Performance Focus: Meet KPIs by improving stock accuracy, controlling costs, and reducing waste.

• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Analytical thinking and familiarity with inventory tools (e.g., Slim4, Excel).
