Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:
-Hands-On Involvement: Work closely with our production team to ensure top-notch quality at every stage.
- Full-Time with Early Starts: Be prepared to lead the charge bright and early to keep things running smoothly and to support great work-life balance. Monday to Friday with the odd Saturday if ever required.
- Team Player: Collaborate with a dedicated and passionate group.
- HACCP Training Required: You'll be the go-to person for food safety compliance so having had HACCP training is an advantage.
- Independence: This is a sole role, but working within a team, you will have the opportunity to make it your own and grow within the company. Perfect for a graduate or someone ready to take the next step in their career.

We’re Looking for:
- Someone who is Practical and approachable, who can easily connect with the factory team.
- Sharp eye for detail: Nothing gets past you when it comes to maintaining quality standards. Carry out routine quality checks and ensure procedures are strictly followed. Trouble shoot any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
-Help Train and guide team members on best quality practices and has the ability to inspire others to share your passion for quality and food safety.
-Have the ability to build strong relationship with the team.
-Manage documentation related to quality assurance and compliance.
- Passion on quality: A genuine love for quality and takes pride in your work.
- HACCP Certification: Your expertise in food safety is crucial.
-Strong communication skills-able to work with all levels of the team.
-This is a hands-on busy role, and you must be efficient and well organised. you won’t be stuck behind a desk.
-Enjoys a challenge.
-You’ll have the ability to work as part of a dedicated team, going above and beyond to contribute effectively to team success.
-Has excellent time management, be flexible and adaptable to the various demands of the role.
