 Lead a high-performing team and drive iconic convenience brands across Northland.

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and commercially minded Regional Convenience Manager to lead the growth of our Streets ice cream and convenience product range across Northland. Based in Whangarei, this role is central to our regional sales strategy and a key leadership opportunity within Bidfood.

About the Role:

• Drive sales and grow market share for Streets and other convenience brands
• Lead and manage a team of Van Sales Representatives (VSRs)
• Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and route optimisation
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and profitability of Bidfood Whangarei

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in FMCG, sales, or territory management
• Strong leadership skills and team management experience
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Customer-first mindset with a commercial edge
• Full NZ driver’s licence is essential, possessing Class-2 will be favourably considered
