Roster:
- 4 days on, 3 days off: Tuesday–Friday
- Includes overnight stays (2 nights/week) in beautiful Hicks Bay
- Meals provided on overnight runs
Route Overview:
- Day 1: Hastings → Hicks Bay via Ōpōtiki (overnight stay)
- Day 2: Hicks Bay → Hastings via Tokomaru & Tolaga Bays
- Day 3: Repeat Day 1
- Day 4: Repeat Day 2
Role Highlights:
- Full-time, hands-on role
- Mix of deliveries and merchandising
- Focus on sales growth, relationship building and executing promotions
- Perfect for current delivery drivers looking to step into sales
Key Requirements:
- Full Class 2 licence preferred (Class 1 training may be offered)
- Merchandising and/or sales experience
- Physically fit and open to travel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must meet KPIs including: sales targets, promotions, deliveries, credits, and damages
