Bidfood Taupo is on the lookout for a motivated and energetic Sales Manager to head up our regional sales team.
We’re passionate about great food, great service, and great people — and we’re looking for someone who can bring that same energy to every customer connection.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a local sales team to exceed targets.
- Build lasting relationships with our customers across the region — from cafés and caterers to restaurants and resorts.
- Identify growth opportunities and turn them into real results.
- Work closely with our operations and procurement teams to keep things running smoothly.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of local trends in food service and hospitality.

What You Bring:
- Proven experience in sales leadership (food service or FMCG preferred).
- A natural people person — confident communicator and relationship builder.
- A knack for strategy and getting results.
- Local knowledge of the Taupō region and its hospitality scene.
- A full driver’s licence and willingness to travel around the district.
