What You’ll Be Doing

Health & Safety Champion

  • Keep our branch safe and compliant 
  • Conduct audits and site inspections
  • Manage PPE and safety processes
  • Ensure we meet all local legislation requirements
     

Food Safety Guardian

  • Oversee Food Control Plans (FCP)
  • Keep us aligned with food safety standards
  • Coordinate audits with confidence
     

Customer & Sales Support Star

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for our account managers
  • Process orders and prepare quotes accurately
  • Support the sales team to keep everything running smoothly
     

Branch Organiser Extraordinaire

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and inductions
  • Organise training and support payroll admin
  • Keep documentation accurate and up to date
     

Operations Sidekick

  • Work closely with Operations Managers
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse/branch
  • Be a key player in smooth daily operations

Skills & Experience

  Key Competencies and Requirements

· Experience: Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a similar coordinator role.

· Technical Knowledge:  Solid understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements.

· Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with excel and ERP systems.

· Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the business.

· Organization:  Sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
