We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Dry Store Team Leader to take ownership of our Dry Store Department and play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently, safely, and accurately.

6:30am - 4:00pm

As our Warehouse Dry Store Lead, you'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the department, ensuring stock accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and compliance with all safety and food quality requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
✅ Managing stock rotation using the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle
✅ Replenishing pick faces to maintain required WMS stock levels
✅ Reporting and investigating stock discrepancies
✅ Processing returned, damaged, short-dated, and expired stock
✅ Receiving, scanning, labelling, and receipting incoming goods accurately and on time
✅ Ensuring inward goods and bulk pallet storage comply with WMS procedures
✅ Assisting with stocktakes and inventory investigations
✅ Conducting daily forklift checks and reporting damaged equipment or warehouse infrastructure
✅ Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
✅ Following Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements at all times
✅ Supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence
We're seeking someone who brings energy, initiative, and strong attention to detail.
You'll ideally have:
✔ Strong organisational skills and a passion for keeping things running efficiently
✔ The ability to follow processes, maintain accurate records, and work systematically
✔ A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
✔ A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
✔ Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) (advantageous but not essential)
✔ A forklift/reach licence, or a willingness to obtain one
✔ MPI Accredited Person qualification, or the willingness to achieve it
