Bidfood Auckland South is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor to help lead our Midshift operation. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving team performance, supporting supervisors, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations.
What you'll do:
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse supervisors and team members.
- Drive productivity, accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Champion Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
- Support rostering, training, and performance management.
