Why This Role Matters
Our nightshift team can only pick and load efficiently if the warehouse is set up right.
That’s where you come in.
On days, you’ll be the person ensuring stock is received correctly, put away properly, rotated using FIFO, and replenished so the picking team has exactly what they need when they start.
This role suits someone who likes structure — but also enjoys fine‑tuning and improving how things are done.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, check, and record inwards goods accurately
- Put stock away correctly and maintain stock locations
- Follow FIFO and ensure dates are recorded properly
- Replenish pick faces and prepare the warehouse for the night shift
- Work with supervisors to keep the warehouse tidy, efficient, and organised
- Use our systems and processes to make stock flow smooth and accurate
- Raise improvements or issues when you see them — your voice matters
- Support stocktakes and assist other teams when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail
- Someone who follows processes
- Physically fit and able to work in chiller/freezer zones
- Tech‑comfortable (you don’t need to be an expert, just confident using systems)
- A steady, constructive worker who gets the job done
- A team player who communicates well with supervisors & operations
- Eligible to work in NZ + able to pass routine checks
