About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Sales Manager. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of customers, increasing sales through strong relationships, strategic selling and excellent service.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts 
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships 
  • Identify new business opportunities (upselling, cross-selling, prospecting) 
  • Monitor market trends and deliver results against KPIs 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ sales/account management experience (food industry preferred) 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Results-driven with the ability to analyse and act on KPIs 
  • Well-organised, self-motivated and adaptable
