In this role, you'll be supporting the Nightshift Operations Manager. You'll need experience in warehousing or a fast-paced environment where you can effortlessly manage competing priorities, work with tight deadlines, and, most importantly, assist your manager in leading the team, especially during challenging situations requiring immediate and calm attention.

What you'll be responsible for:
- Prioritize Health and Safety in all aspects of operations.
- Provide individual and group coaching to team members.

- Maintain exceptional, regular, and timely communication with and between all departments.
- Oversee the efficient and accurate timely picking of goods for packing and load/dispatch.
